The Live Well Greenwich line is currently open. If you would like advice or support about staying healthy (for example, keeping moving whilst staying at home or feeling worried about being isolated), please call 0800 470 4831.

Opening times: Mon-Thurs 8.30am-7.30pm, Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 9am-12 noon (a message can be left outside of these hours).

Mental Health Crisis Line: 0800 330 8590 (24 hour service)

The crisis line is a 24hr telephone service for residents of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. The crisis line provides an opportunity to talk to a mental health professional about your mental health crisis. The service also provides advice and information for carers, family and friends who may know someone experiencing a mental health crisis.

CGL - Change, Grow, Live (alcohol and drug misuse): All of their services are planning to stay open. If you have any questions it’s best to contact the teams by email or phone rather than visiting the service. Dedicated supermarket hours in the Royal Borough of Greenwich

Some of our local supermarkets have dedicated hours of shopping for vulnerable shoppers. We ask that you respect these hours.

Sainsburys: The first hour of opening every day will be for elderly and vulnerable customers only.

Iceland and The Food Warehouse: Iceland will dedicate its first hour of opening every day to the elderly and vulnerable.

Between 8am and 9pm, The Food Warehouse will dedicate shopping to the elderly and the vulnerable.

Marks and Spencer:The first hour of opening every Thursday and Friday will be dedicated to NHS workers.
